Within the framework of the “Home Owners Associations (HOAs) as a Driving Force of the Modern City” project, LAG Consortium representative supports the establishment and development of Home-Owners Associations (HOAs). During the field visits, the project lawyer offers legal counseling to HOA chairs and members. Technical Assistance Center (TAC) has been established in Saburtalo District Gamgeoba to provide information and advice to homeowners to improve awareness in the field of housing management. The project is funded by the European Union and implemented in partnership with Sustainable Development Center – Remissia, Charity Humanitarian Centre “Abkhazeti" (CHCA) and the German NGO - Housing Initiative for Eastern Europe (IWO).
