On July 29-30, 2017, LAG Consortium conducted training for the heads of Home Owners Associations on the legal and financial procedures for functioning of Home Owners Associations and energy efficient measures. The training took place in Saburtalo District Gamgeoba. The training was conducted within the framework of the “Home Owners Associations (HOAs) as a Driving Force of the Modern City” project funded by the European Union and implemented in partnership with Sustainable Development Center – Remissia, Charity Humanitarian Centre “Abkhazeti" (CHCA) and the German NGO - Housing Initiative for Eastern Europe (IWO). Technical Assistance Center (TAC) has been established in Saburtalo District Gamgeoba to provide information and advice to homeowners to improve awareness in the field of housing management.
